Does it work on a phone?
Yes. The model opens in the browser, on phone, tablet and computer, with no app. It’s optimized to load quickly, even on a cellular network.
Is the interior included?
No. Like the rest of our services, the 3D shows the exterior: the house, the land and its immediate surroundings, captured by drone.
Are the measurements accurate?
They give a reliable sense of scale to picture the lot. They do not replace a certificate of location, which alone establishes the official boundaries of a property.
How long does the model stay online?
Twelve months, renewable. You can also ask us to take it down as soon as the property sells.
Which properties benefit most?
Those where the land is a selling point: large lots, waterfront, estates, hobby farms and cottages. For a condo, classic aerial views are usually enough.
